Who are they?
Top Notch Inspection Services is a premier home inspection company serving the Hampton Roads area of Virginia. They are a family owned and operated company that provides thorough, accurate, and trustworthy home inspection reports for home buyers, home sellers, and real estate investors.
Why they wanted a new website?
After using their “DIY” website for almost a year, they realized that to get the exposure, conversion, and attention they wanted, they needed a professional website. They needed someone who understood how to put their story into focus and highlight their experiences that set them apart from the rest of the industry.
What kind of things were they looking for?
The main focus was to allow potential clients to find information about the inspections and other services they provided. Conversion from website visitor into paying client was as a high priority. As the project went on, it became clear that giving home buyers, sellers, and investors a place they can look to for information that will help them make the most of their valuable purchase was also going to be required. Integration with the Inspector Support Network (ISN) was a key feature of the design/development of the website.
