What happens after I sign up?
Your card will be charged immediately and we will start your website design process. Get us your required content and any approvals necessary so your site launches as quickly as possible.
What happens if i cancel my plan?
Your website will be taken offline at the end of your billing cycle and your files will be deleted 14 days after that. This gives you a bit of time to reconsider.
What if i want to upgrade my plan?
These plans are designed with business growth in mind. Start with the plan that fits your business now and as you grow we can upgrade to the next plan. Just submit a support ticket and we’ll contact you to discuss your needs.
What’s covered by the monthly support time?
Pretty much anything that fits into the time your plan provides. Common tasks are content and small design changes, updated contact info and pictures, blog posts, landing pages for marketing campaigns, and basic WordPress questions.
Does the support time roll-over?
No. It’s there to reserve your place in our schedule and it’s recommended that your site be updated at least once a month to let your customers and search engines know your business is open and active.
What if I need more support time?
Your business growth is our top priority, so if you need more help with tasks than your plan provides, submit a support ticket and we’ll let you know how much time it’s gonna take and how much it will cost.
